There will be NO ENTRIES ACCEPTED ON THE DAY DUE TO THE VOLUME OF PRE ENTRY NUMBERS.
Closing date for entries midnight on Tuesday 5th January 2016. NO LATE ENTRYS ACCEPTED
Individual Entries: All individual entry's must now ONLY be made online.
Club Entry: forms should be downloaded from the fixtures list and completed in full. These forms should be sent via post with payment attached AND emailed to events@scottishathletics.org.uk. NO INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA POST.
If you experience online entry problems please email: events@scottishathletics.org.uk before midnight of each closing date. Emails submitted after this time will not be accepted as an entry.

Please note, your entry will NOT be accepted if your membership to scottishathletics is out of date, and/or if you have any other outstanding monies due to scottishathletics.

Affiliation
Where an athlete is affiliated to a Scottish Club, whether first claim or second claim, athletes must enter a Championship event under their Scottish Club and must wear the colours of their Scottish Club.

If entering from outside Scotland, you may enter this event however you need to either be a member of Scottish Athletics OR a member of your National Governing Body.

Refund Policy
As a policy, scottishathletics do not provide refunds. If however an event receives less than 3 entries, the Championship Committee reserve the right to either cancel the event or redue to an invitational competition opportunity.  In these circumstances a refund may be offered.

Age Groups/Qualification
Under 12: Born Between 1 Sept 2004 - 31 Aug 2006
Under 13: Born between 1 Sept 2003 - 31 Aug 2005
Under 15: Born between 1 Sept 2001 - 31 Aug 2003
Under 17: Born between 1 Sept 1999 - 31 Aug 2001
Under 20: Born between 31 Dec 1996 - 31 Aug 1999
Senior: Born before 31 Dec 1996
Masters: 35 and over on day of competition (5 year Age Groups)

Entry Restrictions
In accordance with UKA Rules of Competition, Rule 107:
U13's
- Other than when competing in a combined event U13's may compete in a maximum of 4 events on the day of an athletics meeting, and if so doing, one of these must be a relay
- No athlete in this age group is allowed to compete in any race at 300m & 400m, nor in more than one race between 600m and 1mile inclusive on the same day
U15's
- Other than when competing in a combined event U15's may compete in a maximum of 4 events on the day of an athletics meeting, and if so doing, one of these must be a relay
- No athlete in this age group is allowed to run in more than one event between 600m & 3000m inclusive on the same day.
U17's
- Other than when competing in a combined event U17's may compete in a maximum of 4 events on the day of an athletics meeting, and if so doing, one of these must be a relay
- No athlete in this age group is allowed to run in any track event in excess of 5000m.
U20's
- Junior's may not compete in more than 5 events on the same day of an athletics meeting. If juniors are competing in a combined event they are not allowed to compete in any other event on the same day
- Juniors may only run in track events up to and including 10000m.

Event Restrictions - IMPORTANT
Due to high entry numbers, entries will be limited as follows:
Long Jump - only 150 entries will be accepted
Entries will be given on a first come, first served basis.

Pole Vault - *Opening height for Pole Vault will be 1.70m
Field Events - All athletes to get 3 attempts only

These restrictions are necessary in order to fit the events into the schedule.

Seeding Times & Personal Bests
Athletes should declare their expected performance as accurately as possible within the entry to ensure the best possible seeding of races and pools.  Athletes who do not enter a seed mark are at risk of being seeded together in mixed ability races and pools.
