Closing date for entries: midnight on Wednesday 2nd January 2019 (unless an event is full earlier). NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED

Individual Entries: All individual entries must now ONLY be made online.

Club Entry: Club representativess should contact to receive a form. These must be completed in full and emailed with payment details.

If you experience online entry problems please email: before midnight on the closing date. Emails submitted after this time will not be accepted as an entry.

Please note, your entry will NOT be accepted if your membership to scottishathletics is out of date, and/or if you have any other outstanding monies due to scottishathletics.

Where an athlete is affiliated to a Scottish Club, whether first claim or second claim, athletes must enter a Championship event under their Scottish Club and must wear the colours of their Scottish Club.

If entering from outside Scotland, you may enter this event however you need to either be a member of Scottish Athletics OR a member of your National Governing Body.

Refund Policy
As a policy, scottishathletics do not provide refunds. If, however, an event receives less than 3 entries, the Championship Committee reserve the right to either cancel the event or redue to an invitational competition opportunity.  In these circumstances a refund may be offered.

Age Groups/Qualification
Under 13: Born between 1 Sept 2006 - 31 Aug 2008
Under 15: Born between 1 Sept 2004 - 31 Aug 2006
Under 17: Born between 1 Sept 2002 - 31 Aug 2004
Under 20: Born between 31 Dec 1999 - 31 Aug 2002
Senior: Born before 31 Dec 1999
Masters: 35 and over on day of competition (5 year Age Groups)

Event Information
Starting Heights and Progressions
Pole Vault - 1m98-2m18-2m38-2m58-2m73-2m88 then 10cms increments
High Jump - 1m07 and up in 5cm increments 

Entry Restrictions
In accordance with UKA Rules of Competition, Rule 141 S1 and Rule 21 S4(6)

- U13's may compete in a maximum of 3 events.
- No athlete in this age group is allowed to compete in any race at 300m & 400m, nor in more than one race between 600m and 1mile inclusive on the same day (24hr Period).

- U15's may compete in a maximum of 3 events.
- U15 athletes are only permitted to enter 300m OR 800m OR 1500m events.
- Triple Jump restrictions: 9m and 7m boards will be available only.  Run Ups will be restricted to a maximum distance of 22m from the take off board.

- U17's may compete in a maximum of 3 events.
- U17W are not allowed to compete in the 400m Races.

- U20's may compete in a maximum of 4 events.

scottishathletics reserve the right to review and amend Terms & Conditions without prior notice or consultation.

Seeding Times & Personal Bests
Athletes should declare their expected performance as accurately as possible within the entry to ensure the best possible seeding of races and pools.  Athletes who do not enter a seed mark are at risk of being seeded together in mixed ability races and pools.  Times that cannot be verified on may be removed.  Athletes' best performance in the last two years will be considered.
