All entries must be submitted online, through the individual or club portals. There will be no entries accepted on the day due to the volume of pre-entries.

Entries will open through the new portal on Thursday 7th November. To submit your entry, log in through your membership portal and enter through the fixture page there. Club entries through the club portal will also be accepted from Thursday.

Entries will close at midnight on 
Thursday 2nd January, but events may close earlier if capacity is reached. No late entries will be accepted.

If you experience online entry problems please email: before midnight on the closing date.

Emails submitted after this time will not be accepted as an entry.

Please note, you will not be able to enter if your membership to scottishathletics is out of date, and/or if you have any other outstanding monies due to scottishathletics. If your membership has expired, or is set to expire before the date of the competition, you must renew your membership in order to be eligible to enter.

These restrictions are necessary in order to fit the events into the schedule. If you are withdrawing please email as soon as possible, or cancel your booking online. Athletes wishing to enter an event that has reached capacity can sign up to the waiting list online. You will be contacted if spaces become available.

Please note provisional starting heights when entering:
Pole Vault - 2m00
High Jump - 1m06

Athletes should declare their expected performance as accurately as possible within their entry to ensure the best possible seeding of races and pools.  Athletes who do not enter a seed mark are at risk of being seeded together in mixed ability races and pools.  Times that cannot be verified on may be removed.  An athlete's best performance in the last two years will be considered.

Affiliation and Age Groups:
Where an athlete is affiliated to a Scottish Club, whether first claim or second claim, athletes must enter under their Scottish Club and must wear the colours of their Scottish Club in competition.

If entering from outside of Scotland, you may compete in this event provided you are either a member of scottishathletics, or a member of your own National Governing Body for athletics.

Age Groups
Under 13: Born between 1 Sept 2007 - 31 Aug 2009
Under 15: Born between 1 Sept 2005 - 31 Aug 2007
Under 17: Born between 1 Sept 2003 - 31 Aug 2005
Under 20: Born between 31 Dec 2000 - 31 Aug 2003
Senior: Born before 31 Dec 2000
Masters: 35 and over on day of competition (5 year age groups)

In accordance with UKA Rules of Competition, Rule 141 S1 and Rule 21 S4(6)

- U13's may enter up to 3 events, a maximum 2 of these can be track events.
- No athlete in this age group is allowed to compete in any race at 300m & 400m, nor in more than one race between 600m and 1mile inclusive on the same day (24hr Period).

- U13 athletes are only permitted to enter one of 200m OR 800m OR 1500m events.

- U15's may enter up to 3 events, a maximum of 2 of these can be track events.
- U15 athletes are only permitted to enter one of 200m OR 300m OR 800m OR 1500m events.
- Triple Jump restrictions: 9m and 7m boards will be available only.  Run Ups will be restricted to a maximum distance of 22m from the take off board.


- U17's may compete in a maximum of 3 events.
- U17W are not allowed to compete in the 400m Races.

- U20's may compete in a maximum of 4 events.

As a policy, 
scottishathletics does not provide refunds.

Entry Terms and Conditions

All entrants, either by Team Manager or Individually are asked to confirm agreement to the following conditions:

  1. Permission that photographs may be taken and used for PR/Marketing purposes.
  2. Permission for doping control tests to be carried out in accordance with the set procedures and regulations concerning such testing.
  3. Entered athletes are medically fit to compete, have no medical issues or disability that would endanger themselves or others by taking part and will not compete unless fit to do so on the day.

Exceptions to these conditions must be communicated to following the entry.
