Full entry information will be made available in Autumn 2019.
All individual entries must be submitted online; club entry forms are available on request.
There will be no entries accepted on the day due to the volume of pre-entries. The closing date will be published when entries open, but events may close earlier if capacity is reached. No late entries will be accepted.
If you experience online entry problems please email: before midnight on the closing date. Emails submitted after this time will not be accepted as an entry.
Please note, your entry will NOT be accepted if your membership to scottishathletics is out of date, and/or if you have any other outstanding monies due to scottishathletics.

Event Information:
Under 17 Women Long Jump - A maximum of 24 entries will be accepted.
Athletes with a verified performance of 4m30 or better in 2019 will be guaranteed entry to the Championships. Verified performances are those shown on the Power of 10 website.
These restrictions are necessary in order to fit the events into the schedule. If you are withdrawing please email as soon as possible.

Please note provisional starting heights and progressions when entering, as deatailed by age group below.

Affiliation and Age Groups:

  • Athletes who do not have a Scottish Club affiliation, on the provision they are a member of their National Governing Body, can compete for their non Scottish Club at the Championships.
  • scottishathletics athletes who in addition to being a member of a Scottish Club are also members of a non-Scottish Club should compete for their Scottish Club at all scottishathletics Championship events.
  • scottishathletics athletes who are members of more than one Scottish Club can choose which club they intend to represent this must be done at the popint of entry.  This is regardless of their membership status of each club.
  • Athletes may only compete for one Scottish Club at scottishathletics Championship events over the course of any competition year. (Running annually from 1st October).  i.e. Athletes must compete for the same club in the District and National Championships. (Except Track and Field Relays)
Age Groups
Under 15: Born between 1 Sept 2005 - 31 Aug 2007
U15's may compete as U17's in these championships, but must adhere to U15 event restrictions.
Under 17: Born between 1 Sept 2003 - 31 Aug 2005
Under 20: Born between 31 Dec 2000 - 31 Aug 2003
U20's may compete as Seniors in these championships, but must adhere to U20 event restrictions.

Senior: Born before 31 Dec 2000
Masters: 35 and over on day of competition (5 year age groups)

In accordance with UKA Rules of Competition, Rule 141 S1 and Rule 21 S4(6)

- U15's may compete in a maximum of 3 events.
- U15 athletes are only permitted to enter 300m/400m OR 800m OR 1500m events.
- Triple Jump restrictions: 9m and 7m boards will be available only.  Run Ups will be restricted to a maximum distance of 22m from the take off board.

- U17s may compete in a maximum of 3 events.
- Triple Jump - only the following Take Off Boards will be available - U17M 9m + 11m / U17W 7m + 9m
- Provisional Pole Vault Starting Heights and Progressions will appear here when available
- Provisional High Jump Starting Heights and Progressions will appear here when available

- U20's may compete in a maximum of 4 events.

- Triple Jump - only the following Take Off Boards will be available - Sen Men 11m + 13m / Sen Women 9m + 11m
- Provisional Pole Vault Starting Heights and Progressions will appear here when available
- Provisional High Jump Starting Heights and Progressions will appear here when available

scottishathletics reserve the right to review and amend Terms & Conditions without prior notice or consultation.
As a policy, scottishathletics do not provide refunds. However, if an event receives less than 3 entries, the Championship Committee reserve the right to cancel that event and if no other suitable arrangement can be made, a refund may be offered.
